Team Brewer Peak Performance Camp
All Brewer High student/athletes (including incoming freshmen) are encouraged to participate in the first Team Brewer Peak Performance Camp. The camp will be used to kick off our summer training for all sports and will be held from Monday, June 21 – Wednesday, June 23 from 7:45 – 11:00 AM each day. The camp will focus on the whole athlete and the necessary ingredients for peak performance. There will be team building activities, sessions on nutrition and sports psychology, and hands-on instruction in strength training, speed/agility, and flexibility exercises.
