Brewer High will hold another free Pfizer vaccine clinic for students on Friday, February 11, at the high school from 7:30 - 9 a.m.
Pfizer booster vaccines are now approved for 12 years and older who have had their second Pfizer vaccine at least 5 months ago.
To sign your student up for a Pfizer booster, please choose this consent form.
Students should bring their vaccination card to the clinic on Friday, February 4.
Parents can also sign their child up for the 1st time to begin vaccination; please choose this consent form.
Consent forms also can be picked up in the main office at the high school.
Please have consent forms turned in to the high school by Thursday, February 10.
