Brewer School Department has created an innovative hybrid program that has remote and in person instruction. Students in grades 6-12 who are in Innovations Academy (middle school) or the Nu Program (high school) have access to a full-time teacher for instruction and mentoring. This pathway provides engaging and high academic instruction to meet student and family needs. It also offers students enrichment and extracurricular activities. Students that are in Innovations Academy or the Nu Program will not only have access to a remote personalized core curriculum through our online curriculum but have access to all the other programming and extra-curricular opportunities that Brewer School Department has to offer.  This remote experience ensures that students who didn’t thrive with full time in person instruction, will still have access to a high-quality education while now engaging with curriculum in a modality that fits their needs.
