Congratulations to Brewer High School's Ryan Young for  being a co-winner for Second Prize in the Bill Taylor Essay Contest with his essay, “The impact of Russian Climate Policy in the Arctic and a Comprehensive Way Forward.” Ryan will be a senior at BHS when classes resume in the fall. The essay contest is sponsored by the Camden Conference,  a nonprofit, non-partisan educational organization whose mission is to foster informed discourse on world issues.
